Founded in 1992, the Multifamily Coalition for Affordable Housing (MCFAH) is a non-profit organization which seeks to reduce the critical shortage of affordable housing in the United States.
MCFAH aims to improve the quality of life for individuals and families of modest means by providing them with safe, decent and affordable housing. Since 1992, MCFAH has participated in the development of 14 properties across the country.
The board of directors has sought to utilize their decades of experience in commercial and affordable housing, real estate development, and finance to bridge the gap between public and private housing funds, and to bring resources to the communities that need them the most. Along with the experience of founding and operating several businesses, three of the four board members are military veterans.
Our Properties

MCFAH is currently participating in 9 affordable housing developments across the country and is always seeking new opportunities to assist families and communities in need.
Since 2011, MCFAH has contributed over $500,000 to support the hard work and vital services of local non-profit organizations.
